Returns & Refunds

General Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. But if something isn’t right, we have a 30 days return policy. This means you have a full 30 days from the day you receive your package to reach out and request a return. We accept returns for both defective items and non-defective ones (in case you just changed your mind).

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item needs to be in New only condition. Basically, this means it must be unworn, unwashed, with all the original tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy, as we will need that too.

How to Start a Return

Starting a return is simple. Just send an email to [email protected] to let us know. If your request is accepted, we will send you the return address and specific instructions on how to pack and ship your package. Please remember that all returns must be sent back to us By mail.

Fees and Shipping Costs

We try to be as fair as possible with our fees:

  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any fee for putting items back in stock, so there is No cost to you for that.

  • Return Label:

    • If we messed up: If the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping costs.

    • If you changed your mind: If you are returning an item because of a size issue or personal preference (remorse), the return shipping cost is Customer responsibility. You will need to pay for the shipping method of your choice to get the item back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to make sure it meets the conditions above. If everything looks good, we will approve your refund.

  • Timeline: Please allow us up to 7 days to process the refund after we receive the item.

  • The money will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Just keep in mind that your bank or credit card company might take a few extra days to post the funds to your account.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice anything damaged, defective, or if it is the wrong item, contact us right away so we can fix it for you.
