Return & Refund

At Flexyhood, we need you to be absolutely happy together along with your purchase. If for any purpose you want to go back to an object, please observe the tips mentioned below.

Return Process

  • Initiate a Return: To request a return, please contact our customer support at support@flexyhood.store within 30 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Return Authorization: Once your go-back request is approved, you'll acquire a go-back authorization e-mail with commands on the way to ship the object back. Please do not now ship gadgets without this authorization.
  • Prepare Your Package: Pack the object securely in its authentic packaging, such as any add-ons or documentation.

Window Return

At Flexyhood, your satisfaction is our top priority. We apply a 7-day return policy from the date of receipt, applicable to products that have not been used, have not been washed, and still have their original tags and packaging intact.

Conditions of application:

  • The product must be new, with no signs of use or damage by the user.
  • Returns are only applicable to domestic orders.
  • Customers need to provide a purchase invoice or order code for support.
  • Shipping costs for the return process will be paid by the customer (except in cases of Flexyhood's fault, such as delivering the wrong model, wrong size, defective goods, etc.).
  • Note:
    After exceeding 7 days from the date of receipt, Flexyhood will refuse to support product exchange or return.

Refund Timeline

Refunds may be processed within 7 enterprise days when we acquire and investigate the back object. The refund may be credited to the authentic price technique used for the purchase.
